TriEagle Energy Announces Executive Elections to ERCOT Committees
THE WOODLANDS, TX -- TriEagle Energy LP is proud to announce the election of two of our executives to important committee
positions with ERCOT, the regulatory and policy making entity for the Texas Energy Commission.
Martin P. Downey, Jr., our Vice-president of Energy Supply, has been elected to the Technical Advisory Committee,
one of the key policy committees of the organization. Marty has over 26 years experience in the electric wholesale power
industry.
“I really enjoy working with the professionals at ERCOT and the other committee members. There are many interesting
and important items that are being worked through right now to assure that we are ready for the growth and evolution
we are going to experience in the near future. The TAC is important to the future of Texas, and I am proud to be a part

Robert C. Case, Senior Vice President and COO of TriEagle, has been elected to the Retail Market Subcommittee of the
Technical Advisory Committee. Robert has 16 years experience in the retail electric power industry.
