Jack Frazier Manager, Customer Care |
Jack is responsible for assuring that we provide the excellence in service that our customers
have come to expect from TriEagle Energy. His number one priority is to always put our customers first and to find
the answers to any questions that may arise. Jack is also responsible for managing our Customer Care Call Center
and has over five years experience in customer service. Prior to joining the TriEagle team, Jack gained valuable
experience with a variety of Retail Electric Providers in the Texas retail electric market.

Michelle Wilson Office Manager |
Michelle Wilson serves as Office Manger and has 18 years experience in organizing and implementing
the administration of companies in a variety of industries including Global Natural Resources, Ocean Energy, and J&S
Property Management. Ms. Wilson is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the office functions in addition to
personnel management. Ms. Wilson’s organization skills and ability to see the big picture while overseeing the smallest of
details makes her an invaluable part of the TriEagle Energy team.

Gena Warr Cook Marketing and Community Relations |
Ms. Cook has the responsibility for organizing and implementing our marketing, communications and
community relations programs. She has 20 years experience in her field, in the public, private and non-profit sectors,
including Tenet Healthcare Systems, Barnes & Noble and The American Heart Association.
