W. Daniel Cook  President and Chief Executive Officer

 The company's executive staff is led by President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Daniel Cook. As the
founder of TriEagle Energy, Mr. Cook brings over 28 years of diverse experience in energy, legal, real estate, and service-related
industries to the company. In addition to the solid leadership and strong entrepreneurial spirit he possesses for developing new
and successful businesses, Mr. Cook has over 14 years of management experience working for The Southern Company in sales, marketing,
and domestic and international economic development. Mr. Cook has served as General Counsel and principal for a variety of
successful start-up companies. He is also a principal and the General Counsel of MJ Research & Development, L.P.,
a research company that specializes in engineering and production of energy conserving products.

Robert C. Case Senior V.P. and Chief Operating Officer
|
 Robert Case serves as Senior Vice-president and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Case brings over
25 years of comprehensive business experience, the latter being 18 years in the energy and electric utility industries.
He has extensive knowledge in electric utility operations and commercial processes and possesses strong business acquisition,
development, organizational, and negotiation experience. Prior to joining TriEagle Energy, Mr. Case was working with The Southern
Company Marketing Services. His duties there consisted of providing key performance management coaching and counseling to the
management team; Strategic Marketing; Marketing Intelligence; Load Research; Pricing & Costing; and Market Forecasting. Other
positions and responsibilities with the Southern Company included: Manager, Forecasting and Costing & Pricing; Sales Manager,
Residential & Office/Retail; and Economic Development Representative, both Domestic and International.

Martin P. Downey Jr. V.P. Energy Supply
|
 Marty Downey serves as Vice President of Energy Supply. Mr. Downey brings over 29 years of diverse
experience in the energy business ranging from wholesale electric power marketing and large industrial & commercial
retail power sales to merchant plant screening & development and power plant acquisitions. Mr. Downey also has extensive
relationships within ERCOT, the PUCT and the power industry within Texas and other states. Prior to joining TriEagle Energy,
Mr Downey held several positions of increasing responsibility with PG&E National Energy Group including Director of
Regulatory and Market Policy for the West Region and Director of Major Accounts where he was responsible for wholesale power
marketing and business development to major utilities in ERCOT and SPP. Mr Downey also held various positions of
responsibility with Wheelabrator Air Pollution Control including Vice President of Utility Sales.

Robert B. Brown Chief Financial Officer

 Rob Brown has over six years experience in accounting management and has been responsible for developing
the financial and operational performance metrics for businesses and corporations in the energy industry. Mr. Brown has extensive
experience in accounting transaction management and analysis and most recently was responsible for managing approximately $6.5 billion
in cash for a multi-national energy company. He is also experienced in taxation and tax-related transaction accounting. Mr. Brown received
a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Texas A & M University.
